By accessing or using the Fincent application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our Services. Fincent acts as a technology platform and partners with licensed banking institutions to deliver financial products.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are strictly responsible for safeguarding your password, PIN, and biometric login credentials. Fincent will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or phone call.

3. Financial Transactions and Fees

Fincent prides itself on transparent pricing. Our Standard plan carries zero monthly maintenance fees. Premium tier fees are billed automatically on a monthly or annual cycle as selected by the user. Foreign exchange transactions are processed at the mid-market rate provided by Visa, with zero markup from Fincent.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including for any violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
