Cardholder Agreement

1. Issuance and Ownership

The Fincent Visa® Debit Card (both physical and virtual) is issued by our partner banking institutions pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. The card remains the property of the issuing bank and must be surrendered upon request.

2. Using Your Card

You may use your Fincent card to make purchases wherever Visa debit cards are accepted globally. By using the card, you authorize us to deduct the amount of your transactions directly from your Fincent available balance. You cannot spend more than the funds available in your account.

3. Lost or Stolen Cards

If you believe your physical card has been lost or stolen, or that your virtual card details have been compromised, you must immediately freeze the card using the "Security" tab within the Fincent mobile app. You must also notify our support team within 24 hours to limit your liability for unauthorized transfers.
